About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify potential prospects (leads) through prospecting and acquiring new prospects (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to initiate commercial relationships and consequently generate new business.
- Manage the Sales Pipeline by organizing all stages such as Prospecting, Proposal Submission, Follow-up and Closing, to control, track progress and forecast sales results.
- Map prospects by understanding their profile, behavior and characteristics, to qualify potential prospects and prioritize those with higher purchasing power.
- Provide empathetic, human-centered customer service through attentive and welcoming dialogue, delivering necessary information about products and services in line with service and quality standards.
- Perform other related professional activities inherent to the role as required by the area, whenever necessary, through training, professional development and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional growth as a learning opportunity and in accordance with the area's needs.
- Actively contribute to the development of performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), and new commercial projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management or related fields
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with active client prospecting focused on the insurance market
- Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, business acumen, assertive communication, pipeline management and negotiation skills
- Solid knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) lines
