Commercial Hunter – SME Health Plans and Life Insurance
Megaluzz Negócios®Sales professional seeking to acquire clients for corporate health plans and life insurance. Requires strong communication skills and a hunter profile to succeed.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect new SME (small and medium-sized enterprise) and individual clients
- Conduct active commercial outreach via phone, WhatsApp, networking, referrals and social selling
- Identify client opportunities and needs
- Present solutions for SME health plans and life insurance
- Prepare commercial proposals
- Lead negotiations through to contract closing
- Manage the sales pipeline and perform strategic follow-ups
- Update and maintain CRM records
- Develop relationships with strategic partners and clients.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven sales experience with a hunter (new business) profile
- Experience in consultative selling
- Experience in the insurance, employee benefits, or supplementary healthcare sector
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, disciplined and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics
- CRM knowledge is a plus
- Must have an active CNPJ (company registration) or be willing to open one.
