Key responsibilities & impact

Map, review and document end-to-end processes in the Dental segment (back office and claims);
Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and design optimized flows to ensure operational efficiency;
Develop supporting materials (reports, presentations, visual flow diagrams) for internal communication and cross-functional alignment;
Work in partnership with different teams (operations, engineering, business, etc.), ensuring integration between processes and strategic objectives;
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring continuous tracking of process evolution;
Support the definition of targets and action plans for flow optimization, contributing to consistent and measurable deliveries.

What you’ll need

Previous experience with processes in the Dental segment, including claims and back office;
Experience in end-to-end process mapping and redesign;
Knowledge of KPI analysis and monitoring;
Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Miro;
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise materials;
Analytical, proactive, hands-on mindset, with the ability to define goals and propose solutions autonomously.
