• This role identifies important milestones at the account and builds the implementation process into a timeline.
• The IS works with internal partners and the sales team to deploy resources accordingly and have a clear understanding of the roles that all team members play in the implementation process.
• They will work in direct contact with the customer and internal teams to ensure that process timelines and deliverables have been met and pivot on deliverables as needed.
• The Implementation Specialist reports internally on all projects in process and provides timely updates to managers and internal teams.

Implementation Specialist, Nursing Health Education

• Develop deep expertise in Snapsheet’s SaaS products to guide customers through implementations
• Lead end-to-end implementations for global insurance carriers
