Customer Engineer, I

• Owner of customer incidents as assigned
• Make minor repairs and replace components on Tier I equipment such as PCs, workstations, peripherals, and printers

• Own and evolve our cross-border payments offering across India and APAC, and other key markets.

• Integrate and manage rails such as ACH, SEPA, Visa Direct, RTP, and local payment systems.
• Drive product decisions using market insights, regulatory requirements, and partner feedback.

• Drive client engagement, scope of work review, requirements collection, and project planning for the data management workstream of new Aladdin implementations.
• Manage data work stream progress and communications with clients and partners to ensure successful delivery of critical milestones along the project plan.
• Collaborate with client investment, technology, and data professionals to ensure alignment and clarity of data scope, mapping, normalization, and implementation approaches.
• Educate and guide clients on Aladdin data conventions and target state data management workflows inclusive of on-site training for client data teams.
• Manage systematic data reconciliation and reviews and drive the resolution of issues with internal data owners, external vendors and/or the development of solutions with clients and partners.
• Partner with Analytics Stewards to ensure valuation and risk analytics results are comprehensive and up to market and modelling standard.

• Support and execute the CoE strategy to drive solutions adoption across all business segments

• The Customer Engineer will make minor repairs and replace components on Tier I equipment such as PCs, workstations and peripherals, printers, front-end POS systems, First Line Maintenance on ATMs and kiosks, and single pocket proof encoders.
• The Customer Engineer will also assist in site preparation--including installation of cable, staging of equipment, and minor testing of equipment.
• The Customer Engineer may also perform required modular swaps and unit replacements or perform preventative maintenance services.
• Responds to all customer concerns or problems by resolving them or by escalating them to the proper associate, team member, territory manager, or the Control Tower.
• The Customer Engineer will have ownership of the customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customer’s satisfaction and/or within the parameters of the agreed upon Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Customer Engineer II

• Act as a techno-functional subject matter expert to map the client’s document journeys to a digital workflow, ensuring a seamless setup of Leegality’s Document Infrastructure.
• Own the technical onboarding process for clients, managing timelines and drive go-live with the shortest possible Time-to-Value (TTV).
• Engage with clients to identify usage gaps and recommend best practices or advanced features to increase product adoption and stickiness.
• Use data and proactively identify risks and provide recommendations to ensure long-term success.
• Serve as the "Voice of the Customer" by collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to share feedback and influence the roadmap based on implementation hurdles.
