About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team of high-performing implementation consultants
Manage the end-to-end implementation process
Oversee multiple concurrent implementation projects
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation
Define and maintain regional implementation strategies
Develop and implement best practices, methodologies, and tools
Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams
Identify potential risks in the implementation process
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to implementation projects and team performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation
5+ years of experience in Voice, Chat, Email kind of Contact Center applications
Proven track record in leading complex implementation projects
Understanding of voice technologies, protocols (TCP/IP, VOIP, SIP, RTP, WebRTC)
Experience with Groovy, JavaScript, and/or scripting for integrations
Technical background with a deep understanding of software development life cycles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership, mentoring, and client-facing communication skills
Ability to manage multiple complex projects
Business proficiency in English is mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Relevant certifications in project management or software implementation are advantageous
