IT Support

• Ensure customer success in designing, building, and migrating applications, software and services to the Cloud.
• Collaborate with Humana enterprise teams and/or vendors/partners to define, mature and operationalize cloud patterns, reference architectures, and frameworks for successful cloud adoption.
• Lead architectural discussions, design exercises, and proof of concepts to create world class Cloud Native solutions while ensuring these solutions are practical, implementable and easily consumable by our application teams.
• Author or otherwise contribute to customer facing publications such as playbooks, run books, templates, standards guidance, etc. ensuring these artifacts enable our customers to easily consume Cloud capabilities at scale.
• Provide guidance and thought leadership to enterprise teams with modern/future state cloud architecture and drive discussions with teams about best practices, trade-offs, implications for technical design & decisions.
• Exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks and works under minimal supervision.

Senior Enterprise Architect

• Create and maintain project roadmaps for new services and architecture improvements.
• Provide thought leadership for the program, including overall vision, roadmap, execution plan, stakeholder engagement, engineering, and DevSecOps support for the program and scrum teams.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Oracle EBS and extending it with custom development.
• Direct the solutioning and integration of new services into a multitenant enclave.
• Support the onboarding of new customer programs and ensure seamless integration.
• Collaborate with multiple customers to deliver common services usable by all.
• Design and implement multitenant solutions to maximize efficiency and scalability.
• Coordinate across multiple scrum teams and technical skill sets to develop holistic, robust, secure, and scalable solutions.

Enterprise Architect

• Lead enterprise‑level ICAM architecture strategy, roadmaps, and technical governance for VA’s identity modernization initiatives.
• Serve as the primary ICAM architecture SME supporting Zero Trust principles, security strategy, and enterprise identity modernization.
• Design and oversee large‑scale ICAM implementations across identity governance, authentication, authorization, lifecycle management, and privileged access.
• Develop enterprise ICAM architecture frameworks aligned with FICAM, NIST, and federal cybersecurity requirements.
• Lead the design and implementation of Access Certifications, RBAC models, identity lifecycle workflows, and customer‑focused IAM solutions.
• Collaborate with federal partners, enterprise stakeholders, and organizations such as DOW to architect federated identity solutions for diverse user populations.

Enterprise Architect – ICAM

• Manages Information Technology Infrastructure and/or Physical Infrastructure related projects.
• Be well-versed in life cycle and project management methodologies.
• Tracks and reports capital project scope, schedule, cost parameters.
• Identifies, tracks, mitigates, and reports risks and issues.
• Facilitate problem-solving discussions with large, diverse stakeholder groups.
• Communicates project status using project management tools

IT Infrastructure Project Manager

• Manages the Firm’s collection processes/account maintenance at a regional level.
• Provide excellent and thoughtful client service to hundreds of Firm clients.
• Works closely with the Firm’s billing attorneys and professional staff to bring resolution to the Firm’s most sensitive and complicated collection issues.
• Is in direct contact with the Firm’s clients, including their highest level of management.
• Act as a resource to other Credit Managers.

Credit Manager, Collections Specialist

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Workday customers and prospects

• Operates and maintains the necessary procedures, hardware, network connections, and software required to monitor all systems

Help Desk Technician Tier III – TS/SCI with Polygraph

• Serve as the first point of contact (Tier 1/) for all IT support requests submitted via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior IT staff with thorough documentation of troubleshooting steps taken.
• Support remote and on-site users across Windows and potentially Mac environments.
• Create, manage, track, and close help desk tickets using the organization's ITSM platform (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent).
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of all incidents, service requests, and resolutions.
• Contribute to and maintain the internal IT knowledge base and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist with user account and device provisioning, modifications, and deprovisioning in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT perspective.

• Lead the Enterprise Solutions Architecture practice area, working across Forrester research teams, including the Technology Strategy and Executive Partner teams as well as Sales and Product to develop a complete research portfolio that drives customer delight and revenue.
• Develop a deep understanding of what Forrester clients require to be successful as technology executives and leaders.
• Establish an industry presence as an influential speaker and thinker; build relationships with journalists who cover the sector; participate in vendor briefings and field press inquiries as necessary.
• Conduct primary research into 1) architecture strategy, solutions architecture, key technology platforms, and roadmaps, 2) governance and risk management, 3) financial and cost optimization, and 4) performance management including metrics, KPIs, benchmarks etc.
• Use this research to help clients navigate challenges by providing insights on the future of solutions architecture, cost optimization, investment prioritization, and long-term workplace strategy.
• Conduct deep analysis of IT decision maker challenges and preferences balanced with employee preferences and expectations.
• Create high quality, actionable, analytically deep and fact-based research content throughout the year.
• Research/write/create approximately 8 to 12 research projects per year, which includes of mix of written reports, tools, webinars, videos, blogs, podcasts, infographics, and other intellectual property.
• Build visibility for his/her research and contribute to Forrester client communities.
• Drive and lead key Forrester Waves and Landscape reporting for the practice and adjacent areas.
• Consult with clients to apply Forrester’s research in the context of their specific business environment and help solve their problems through inquiry, guidance, and advisory and consulting engagements.
