HR Service Desk Consultant – Temporary Role

• Perform technical and functional analysis of SAP HR and FI incidents, ensuring end-to-end resolution.
• Execute advanced debugging in Payroll, FI, integrations, and ABAP developments.
• Troubleshoot issues related to:
• - SAP integrations with external systems (OutSystems, APIs)
• - BAPIs, OData, IDocs, RFCs, jobs, and logs
• Support critical processes such as:
• - Technical Payroll
• - Financial closings
• - HR ↔ FI postings
• - Financial integrations
• Implement and maintain Enhancements, User Exits, BAdIs, and Reports.
• Ensure correct application of S/4HANA simplifications and new data models.
• Collaborate with internal teams, business areas, vendors, and partners.
• Produce technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement.
