Human Resources

• Act as the primary HR point of contact for Tiko Portugal, providing professional guidance on local team structures, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Assist people leaders in navigating sensitive employee issues, conflict resolution, and the deployment of performance management frameworks.
• Drive clear understanding and adoption of internal HR policies, guiding teams through process transitions with confidence and clarity.
• Deliver a comprehensive, welcoming onboarding experience for new hires and manage structured exit processes, including local HR asset recovery logistics (such as equipment collections).
• Provide robust local payroll support and maintain high data integrity by keeping our HRIS (BambooHR) accurately updated.
• Execute all operational duties with absolute rigor and exceptional judgment, ensuring strict confidentiality and full compliance with local data protection regulations (GDPR/RGPD).
• Partner with managers and supervisors to implement local culture and engagement initiatives that foster long-term team cohesion.
• Own the end-to-end coordination of local team events, including managing the associated internal travel logistics.
• Jump into wider global People team initiatives, running or supporting ad-hoc projects as needed to help out colleagues.

HR Specialist

• Take ownership of the entire HR lifecycle for employees under the EOR model, covering everything from onboarding to daily HR to off boarding.
• Lead and supervise a team of HR and onboarding specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure their productivity and efficiency.
• Manage SLAs and OKRs to achieve operational excellence
• Build, train, and scale a world-class remote team
• Collaborate effectively with teams, including Sales, Product, and Payroll, to ensure seamless coordination between departments, facilitate efficient workflows, and resolve problems.
• Document and maintain detailed processes related to EOR operations, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Enhance the employee experience consistently by adopting industry best practices, swiftly addressing issues, and cultivating a supportive work atmosphere.

Employee Experience Manager

• Performs transactional and administrative tasks related to employee personal and job data changes
• Delivers physical record and document management services
• Ensures employee and organization data integrity and compliance
• Resolve enquiries leveraging on knowledge base documents
• Provides regular status updates to employees and partners
• Actively follow up on outstanding items and obtain feedback on resolution
• Help and educate HR Shared Service Centre users
• Assume ownership of cases and update the resolution accurately and promptly
• Properly escalate complex enquiries to next level of support
• Helps to identify gaps in current knowledge base documentation

HR EDM Analyst – Temp, Maternity Cover

• Helping to support strategy development across plant operations in Portugal and Spain.
• You’ll be responsible for translating business strategy into HR strategy and priorities.
• Driving performance and people development across teams.
• Leading organizational effectiveness and change initiatives.
• Collaborating closely with management, Centres of Expertise and HR services teams.
• Contributing to global HR strategy discussions.
• Taking ownership of country-level HR projects and initiatives.
• Championing the full employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to engagement, development, and offboarding—ensuring strong people practices across the organization.
