About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Helping to support strategy development across plant operations in Portugal and Spain.
- You’ll be responsible for translating business strategy into HR strategy and priorities.
- Driving performance and people development across teams.
- Leading organizational effectiveness and change initiatives.
- Collaborating closely with management, Centres of Expertise and HR services teams.
- Contributing to global HR strategy discussions.
- Taking ownership of country-level HR projects and initiatives.
- Championing the full employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to engagement, development, and offboarding—ensuring strong people practices across the organization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Labor Relations, Business Administration or similar (Master’s in HR or MBA is a plus)
- At least 4–5 years of HR generalist or BP experience in Portugal.
- Experience working within manufacturing or production plant environment is mandatory.
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English is mandatory.
- Knowledgeable and understand Portuguese labor legislation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, international organization
