Human Resources Manager

• Provides reliable and timely coaching and counseling to employees and contact center leadership on issues to ensure consistent, transparent application of policies, procedures, and employments laws.
• Address employee relations matters by investigating issues, mediating conflicts, and recommending appropriate solutions issues balancing employee advocacy with stewardship of company policies and employment laws to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Serves as the HR point of contact supporting/delivering internal processes including Performance Management, New Hire Orientation and Exit interviews under the Corporate hierarchy.
• Conducts training on company policy, programs, and other issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Partners and participates with local team(s) on recruitment outreach efforts.
• Serves as an active member of HR related project teams as assigned.

HR Advisor

• Responsible for tracking, status, receipt, issuance and care/protection of material in support of the manufacturing shops and outfitting for the ships.

Surveyor – Outside, 1st 1000 Hr

• Provide guidance, support, and recommendations across a range of employee relations matters
• Support business leaders with employee disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, involuntary termination review, and related advice
• Build strong partnerships and collaborate closely with leaders at all levels, HR Business Partners, Legal, and other internal teams
• Manage multiple matters simultaneously, often for competing stakeholders, in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Serve as an employee relations subject-matter expert, advising and guiding leaders
• Analyze employee relations trends and proactively identify and escalate areas of opportunity
• Promote a positive and open employee relations environment where employees feel comfortable seeking guidance
• Conduct less complex employee relations investigations as needed

Employee Relations Business Partner

• Implements effective, fair and consistent employee relations strategies.
• Provides coaching and consultation on conflict resolution, facilitates problem solving, administers performance improvement plans and progressive discipline procedures.
• Ensures adverse employment actions (discipline, suspension, termination) comply with policy, regulations, and laws, in addition to being aligned with company mission & values.
• Conducts HR investigations; documents findings and makes recommendations that drive the appropriate actions to close cases in a timely manner.
• Maintains ER data & ensures tracking system is updated accurately.
• Tracks, trends & analyzes ER data and develops strategies in collaboration with HRBP and HR Leaders to address ER trends.
• Represents FMOLHS in unemployment filings, hearings, and appeals.
• Partners with legal, risk, compliance, HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence as needed.

Employee Relations Specialist

• Manage job board listings, employee hiring, and onboarding paperwork
• Counsel management and staff on HR policies and procedures to establish best practices and create a positive work environment
• Implement training or development plans for employees in many different roles
• Update employee records, record data changes, and maintain good records
• Handle document and information audits, as required
• Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality

Human Resources Specialist

• Provides human resources advice and consultation to employees and management
• Implements, disseminates, and monitors company policies, programs and procedures in the areas of training, compensation, compliance, and benefits
• Oversees recording and maintenance of employee information
• Monitors division compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Coordinates with division operations and corporate/area Human Resources staff regarding all employment activity
• Assists in conducting and resolving investigations regarding employee complaints
• Participates in local management staff meetings
• Identifies training needs and/or gaps and develops training programs

HR Manager – Business Partner, Multi-Site Support

• Maintain and update employee data in ADP (HRIS) with a high level of accuracy
• Support payroll processing, including reviewing inputs, changes, and time-off tracking
• Coordinate and manage onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and system setup
• Assist with recruiting coordination, including scheduling interviews and tracking candidates
• Respond to employee HR inquiries and help route questions appropriately

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and leadership teams, including CEOs and senior administrators of medical facilities
• Support HR initiatives and reporting related to hospitals, clinics, and medical service organizations
• Participate in and support medical conferences, workshops, and professional healthcare events, including coordination and follow-up
• Manage inbound and outbound calls with clients, healthcare facilities, and executive leadership
• Act as a main HR point of contact for medical organizations and external partners
• Communicate professionally and effectively with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
• Use and support cloud-based HR and payroll applications
• Assist with system updates, user access management, data uploads, and integrations
