About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Studies, prepares for, and advises on matters pertaining to contract negotiation, grievance cases, arbitrations, conciliations, federal and state labor legislation, etc.
- Represents management in collective bargaining with unions representing company employees.
- Prepares briefs and conducts or participates in the conduct of presentations at hearings.
- Represents the company in dealings with governmental agencies.
- Participates in informational programs and preparation of employee handbooks and manuals to effect cooperation and coordination in union-employee management relations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must Have Bachelors degree and 6 years of experience -or- Masters degree and 4 years of experience -or- PHD and 2 years of experience
- Nice to Have Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Project Management.
