• Own the operational running of our compensation cycles (mid-year and annual), working within the Radford job architecture and salary ranges already in place
• Maintain and update salary benchmarking data (Radford Global Technology Survey), ensuring ranges remain competitive at the 50th percentile against PE-backed fintech peers
• Support the rollout of our Compensation Philosophy to the wider organisation
• Advise on pay decisions for new hires, promotions, lateral moves and for acquisition companies — ensuring internal equity and market alignment
• Manage the operational management of the Management Incentive Plan (MIP) in partnership with PE owners, Advent, including participant tracking, modelling, and documentation
• Map and assess current benefits provision across all 10 countries (Bulgaria, UK, France, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Hungary, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Portugal) against local market norms and employee expectations
• Maintain clean, accurate compensation and benefits data — you are the source of truth

Compensation & Benefits Specialist

• Partner with Global BPs, fellow Regional BPs, COEs and local leaders, managers and employees to plan for and execute HR programs, initiatives
• Act as the subject matter expert on US labor law
• Lead or contribute to site HR activities/events
• Collaborate with teams outside of HR on cross-functional projects
• Collaborate with Global HRBPs, Talent & Culture team and other HR COEs on HR program readiness
• Review and analyze regional and country-level employee engagement results
• Develop knowledge of Progress's various organization and build relationships with key stakeholders
• Advise and support managers and employees through performance assessment/feedback program execution
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues
• Play a key role in various aspects of the M&A lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with the HR Services team on transactional/operational HR responsibilities
• Independently review and successfully resolve high-complexity issues and situations

Senior Regional HR Business Partner

• HR systems and process improvement
• Review current HR and Talent Acquisition processes
• Design and document clear, scalable HR processes
• Improve workflows for onboarding, employee changes, approvals, background checks, exits and other core HR activities
• Work with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance and other teams to ensure systems and processes connect properly
• Drive adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working across HR and the wider business
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive HR tasks
• Lead practical AI use cases across HR
• Support the creation of dashboards and regular reporting across headcount, attrition, hiring, onboarding

Senior Manager, HR Operations Transformation

• Handle HR processes, including employment contracts, employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll management, benefits administration, and employee records maintenance.
• Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, employee file management, and processing HR-related documents.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) levels.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately and consistently.
• Utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday, SAP, or other HR management tools for efficient HR service delivery.
• Deliver timely and accurate HR services to clients.
• Promote a collaborative team environment, fostering teamwork and cross-functional cooperation.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate business reports to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
