HR Quality and Excellence Expert
AtosHR Quality & Excellence Expert at Atos driving operational excellence in HR processes through automation and analytics. Collaborating with global teams to enhance employee experience and improve HR service delivery.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Promote continuous development efforts to refine HR processes and boost service delivery.
- Find opportunities for automation and implement solutions that increase efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize HR workflows and eliminate process redundancies.
- Build and maintain quality assurance frameworks to ensure accurate, compliant, and high-quality HR services.
- Conduct regular process and data audits, implement corrective actions where needed, and track the progress of improvement initiatives.
- Act as the document controller for HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistency, governance, and adherence to established standards across HR operations.
- Define, assess, and improve HR service benchmarks and SLAs, ensuring consistent performance and operational excellence.
- Analyze trends, perform root cause analysis, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with HR leaders, GEO teams, and key stakeholders to align HR service improvement actions with delivery objectives.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations through HR analytics and performance reporting.
- Promote best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the HR function
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Excellence, or HR Process Improvement.
- Solid knowledge of HR procedures and service delivery frameworks.
- Experience driving process optimization and automation initiatives.
- Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Knowledge of benchmark and SLA management, performance monitoring, and quality assurance practices.
- Familiarity with HR compliance requirements and data governance principles.
- Excellent collaborator, management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across different levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
