• Serve as the primary HR advisor for assigned countries (primarily Belgium), managing complex employment matters throughout the employee lifecycle and acting as a trusted point of contact for both clients and employees.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations by providing expert guidance, maintaining country-specific processes, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions where needed.
• Deliver a high-quality employee and client experience by resolving HR queries, supporting key employment events, and providing practical, business-focused solutions.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvement, standardisation, and optimisation of HR procedures across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of HR services and scalable solutions.
• Support reporting, audits, HR administration, knowledge management, and strategic projects that contribute to the success and growth of the business.

HR Operations Specialist

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of international assignments (expatriation, impatriation, localization), from initiation to repatriation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assignees, ensuring a smooth and compliant mobility experience.
• Prepare assignment documentation including contracts, compensation packages, and mobility-related letters.
• Manage payroll inputs, benefits follow-up, and expense handling related to international assignments.
• Coordinate with external providers (e.g. immigration and tax specialists, relocation companies) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on international mobility processes, policies, and practical implications.
• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners (throughout EMEA), Payroll-, Legal-, and Finance teams to ensure aligned service delivery.
• Ensure that all mobility cases are handled in line with internal policies and applicable legal, tax, and social security frameworks.
• Take ownership of international mobility processes and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all assignments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date mobility data and documentation.

HR International Mobility Officer

• Manage and oversee HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and labor law compliance
• Coach and support management in HR-related topics
• Coordinate HR processes to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Handle employee relations matters
• Support and implement HR initiatives for improved operations and employee experience.

HR Manager

• Serve as the primary HR advisor to business and site leaders in Belgium and the Netherlands, providing coaching and pragmatic guidance
• Translate global HR strategy into local execution plans and country people priorities
• Lead employee relations topics end-to-end, including investigations, performance management, absenteeism, and disciplinary processes
• Build and maintain effective social dialogue, including engagement with Works Councils and employee representative bodies in Belgium and the Netherlands
• Ensure compliance with Belgian and Dutch labor law and applicable collective agreements, partnering as needed to manage risk and governance
• Own key parts of the HR year calendar, including performance, talent, and compensation cycles
• Support managers on job profiles, grading, compensation, and benefits decisions within IFF frameworks
• Partner with People Services Shared Services and HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) on onboarding, mobility, and exits, ensuring a consistent employee experience
• Lead or contribute to local and regional HR projects, change initiatives, audits, and manager training/information sessions
