About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks and document management
  • Assist in the migration of HR files from SharePoint/Teams to eDox (SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Ensure accuracy, structure, and consistency of HR documentation
  • Review and question current ways of working, suggesting improvements where relevant
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and external consultants involved in the project
  • Contribute to making our HR processes more efficient and digital

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You are a student (Bachelor or Master), preferably in HR, Business, IT or a related field
  • You work independently and show a good level of maturity and ownership
  • You have a critical mindset and are not afraid to challenge existing processes
  • You take initiative and are eager to learn
  • You are IT-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools
  • Basic knowledge of HR is a plus, but not required
