About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the HR team with administrative tasks and document management
- Assist in the migration of HR files from SharePoint/Teams to eDox (SAP SuccessFactors)
- Ensure accuracy, structure, and consistency of HR documentation
- Review and question current ways of working, suggesting improvements where relevant
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and external consultants involved in the project
- Contribute to making our HR processes more efficient and digital
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are a student (Bachelor or Master), preferably in HR, Business, IT or a related field
- You work independently and show a good level of maturity and ownership
- You have a critical mindset and are not afraid to challenge existing processes
- You take initiative and are eager to learn
- You are IT-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools
- Basic knowledge of HR is a plus, but not required
