Growth Marketing

• Participate in the evaluation and prioritization of RFP opportunities; partner with Sales and cross functional leaders to shape pursuit strategies that enhance competitive positioning, win probability and alignment with Lumicera growth strategy and broader initiatives.
• Lead the end-to-end development of proposals (RFPs, RFIs, BAFOs, and retention efforts), ensuring high quality, client focused, compliant deliverables that clearly communicate Lumicera’s specialty pharmacy value proposition.
• Manage proposal timelines, workflows, and deliverables facilitating coordination across stakeholders and subject matter experts (clinical, operations, finance, pricing) to ensure timely and efficient submission.
• Monitor and analyze proposal performance metrics (win rates, cycle times, quality outcomes), identifying trends and opportunities to improve effectiveness, efficiency, consistency, and overall process outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement of proposal processes, tools, templates, and content libraries while establishing and maintaining proposals standards, best practices and quality controls.
• Contribute to strengthening manufacturer relationships and optimizing pricing strategies, including identifying opportunities to enhance discounting and expand client value through informed data driven proposal positioning.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high performing proposal team by providing strategic direction, aligning talent and resources, mentoring through feedback and career planning while fostering a collaborative and continuous improvement culture.
• Oversee team operations including staffing structure, recruiting, onboarding, retention and knowledge sharing to build organization capability while supporting project management activities such as planning, tracking, reporting, and documentation efforts to ensure team capability and capacity.
• Ensure adherence to compliance requirements, internal policies, and organizational standards.

Senior Manager, Strategic Growth, Proposal Performance

• Own the growth marketing strategy, including goals, channel mix, budget allocation, and success metrics across demand generation efforts
• Build and maintain a full-funnel marketing plan aligned to pipeline and revenue goals in partnership with Sales and RevOps
• Foster a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement across campaigns
• Report marketing performance to leadership with clear connection to pipeline and revenue outcomes
• Lead, coach, and develop a team across paid media, email, events, and digital marketing
• Create a high-accountability, high-support environment with clear expectations and strong execution
• Oversee content strategy, website performance, SEO, and emerging AI search visibility
• Own the event marketing strategy for webinars, conferences, summits, and field events
• Drive attendee acquisition and post-event follow-up through coordinated multichannel campaigns
• Measure event impact across registrations, attendance, pipeline, and revenue
• Lead paid media strategy across search, social, and other digital channels

Director of Growth Marketing

• Own and drive lifecycle contribution to returning student bookings and retention growth.

Director, Lifecycle Growth & Retention

• Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, SEO and social platforms.
• Drive growth in MQLs, SQLs, pipeline creation, customer acquisition, and conversion rates.
• Optimize full-funnel marketing performance from awareness through opportunity creation.
• Partner closely with Sales leadership to improve lead quality, routing, follow-up SLAs, and conversion efficiency.
• Own campaign planning, execution, testing, reporting, and optimization.
• Manage campaign calendars, budgets, targeting strategies, and performance benchmarks.
• Implement A/B testing strategies across landing pages, messaging, ads, and nurture flows.
• Monitor acquisition cost, cost-per-lead, return on ad spend and pipeline velocity.
• Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and marketing efficiency.
• Ensure accurate campaign attribution and lead tracking.
• Present KPI insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Work closely with product marketing, content, revops, sales and customer success stakeholders.
• Ensure that campaign strategy is aligned with product launches, market segments, and sales priorities.

• Own and scale Begin’s full-funnel acquisition and growth strategy across web and mobile ecosystems.
• Lead the performance marketing engine responsible for driving efficient subscriber growth for product lines.
• Oversee acquisition strategy, experimentation, media investment, attribution, forecasting, and funnel optimization across major paid channels.
• Shape how to acquire customers and build a scalable growth system.
• Design and operationalize sophisticated experimentation frameworks across creative strategy and audience segmentation.
• Establish scalable testing infrastructure and best practices across growth channels.

Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, Web – Mobile

• Owns the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for embedded payments and marketplace initiatives, from partner onboarding through integration and go-live
• Acts as the central point of coordination across Product, Marketing, Business Development, RevOps, and Operations to ensure successful execution of platform initiatives
• Manages project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Drives alignment across stakeholders, ensuring clarity on scope, responsibilities, and execution milestones
• Identifies risks, bottlenecks, and operational gaps, and proactively drives resolution to maintain momentum
• Supports execution of partner onboarding and activation, ensuring efficient time-to-live and early success
• Partners with RevOps to ensure platform initiatives are tracked, measurable, and integrated into CRM and GTM systems
• Builds and improves workflows for onboarding, implementation, and activation to increase efficiency and scalability
• Monitors post-launch performance including partner activation, adoption, and early GMV contribution
• Identifies drop-off points and collaborates with internal stakeholders to improve adoption and reduce friction
• Contributes to development of playbooks, launch frameworks, and documentation to support repeatable execution
• Maintains accurate documentation of initiatives, timelines, stakeholder communications, and execution status within internal systems
• Represents the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner-facing engagements to support platform initiatives and strengthen ecosystem relationships
• Support onsite partner meetings, implementation sessions, and launch readiness reviews as needed
• Partner with Marketing and Product to contribute insights for platform-related content, playbooks, and thought leadership tied to embedded payments and marketplace growth
• Stay current on industry trends across embedded payments, ISVs, Vsaas and platform ecosystems to inform execution and continuous improvement
• Support ad-hoc strategic initiatives, reporting, and cross-functional projects as directed by leadership
• Willing and able to travel for partner engagements, internal planning sessions, and industry events (estimated travel: 20–40%)
