• Lead short-cycle diagnostic and transformation initiatives across the fraud value chain — identifying pain points, quantifying impact opportunities, and developing executable roadmaps.
• Support sales and client pursuits by leading solution design, RFP/RFI responses, and development of differentiated value propositions.
• Drive end-to-end transformation programs leveraging analytics, AI-first frameworks, and automation to optimize fraud prevention, detection, and claims management.
• Conduct research and benchmarking to generate actionable insights on emerging fraud typologies, regulatory shifts, and best-in-class practices.
• Develop and continuously evolve knowledge assets including capability decks, frameworks, case studies etc. to strengthen the fraud offering.
• Evangelize fraud and disputes solutions by collaborating with delivery, digital, and analytics teams to embed innovation and enhance solution maturity.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and enable data-driven interventions to drive measurable outcomes in fraud savings, false positive reduction, and recovery rates.
• Build domain and analytics capability through structured training programs, certification paths, and knowledge transfer across global delivery teams.

Assistant Vice President – Risk Management, Fraud Prevention & Detection

• Maintain and extend NXPs existing DLP environment
• Work with NXPs Cloud Support teams for infrastructure related activities
• Provide support in DLP policy implementations to the policy owners
• Support troubleshooting together with end-users, desktop management teams, and policy owners
• Implement changes on DLP application level
• Plan and implement DLP patching and upgrades (server side / client side)
• Manage client-side deployments (together with the company’s desktop support teams)
• Ensure correct monitoring, follow-up, and resource management
• Patch validation and reboot schedules
• Vendor engagement in case of changes and/or incidents
• Keep application / environment documentation up to date

Data Loss Prevention Engineer

• Plan and execute end-to-end corporate events, from small team sessions to large-scale internal expos and leadership events
• Coordinate venue sourcing, vendor management, catering, event logistics, and operational planning
• Manage event communications including invitations, registrations, attendee coordination, and follow-ups
• Own and track event budgets while ensuring cost optimization through effective vendor negotiations
• Oversee on-site event execution and troubleshoot real-time operational challenges
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, leadership teams, vendors, and support teams to ensure smooth event delivery
• Prepare post-event reports, feedback analysis, and improvement recommendations for future events

Event Coordinator

• Drive service excellence as a program ambassador for Global Meeting & Events
• Evaluate and assign event requests based on complexity and required support levels
• Provide strategic consultation for complex event requests and conduct consultation and qualification calls to support customers through their meetings and events journey
• Guide customers through processes while aligning expectations with service capabilities
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve inquiries within established SLAs
• Maintain and update customer-facing resources and documentation as necessary
• Facilitate outreach, training, and educational initiatives while supporting broader Global Meetings and Events strategic initiatives
• Support Event Services Program Manager with administrative duties and team audits.
