• Du baust und steuerst Outbound- und E-Mail-Kampagnen im Backend für unsere Kunden – du bist der Motor hinter performanten Sequenzen, die Leads in Gespräche verwandeln.
• Du entwickelst Kampagnen auf Basis von Buyer Personas, Positionierung und USPs und übersetzt diese in klare, überzeugende Messaging-Strategien.
• Du schreibst starke Outbound-Copies (Emails, Follow-ups und Sequenzen) mit Fokus auf Open Rates, Replies und Conversion.
• Du übernimmst vollständige Ownership über deine Kampagnen: Setup, Testing, KPI-Tracking, Analyse und kontinuierliche Optimierung.
• Du arbeitest eng mit Account Managern zusammen, um Offers, Messaging und Kampagnenstrategie maximal zu schärfen und auf Performance auszurichten.
• Du arbeitest komplett im Backend ohne direkten Kundenkontakt – dein Fokus liegt auf Copy, Struktur, Testing und Skalierung.

• Lifecycle-Strecken in Klaviyo systematisch aufbauen, optimieren und auf Performance trimmen
• Internationalisierung der CRM-Strecken in Frankreich, Benelux, Italien und Spanien

• A/B-Testing-Programm aufbauen
