About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct a status-quo analysis of the existing email marketing and funnel flow
Optimize lead capture (web forms, GDPR-compliant data collection, clean data forwarding)
Build email journeys & automations: Lead → info call → next step, including keep-warm (stay-engaged) sequences for contacts with a later start date
Reactivate existing database & ensure deliverability (warm up approx. 5,000 existing contacts, maintain inbox placement)
Develop and refine lead magnets

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven expertise in email marketing and marketing automation (not a generalist—genuine specialization)
Proficient with marketing automation tools (Keap, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, Klaviyo, etc. — specific tool is secondary; core craft matters)
Experience with funnel building, segmentation, journey design, and lead nurturing
Understanding of deliverability and reactivation of 'cold' lists
GDPR knowledge for lead capture in a European context
German-speaking; independent, reliable long-term working style in a remote setup
