About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You work with online shops
You are the central point of contact between our clients and the team
Through regular check-in calls and close collaboration, you build strong relationships with our clients
Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing projects
Own operational implementation team for copywriting, graphic design and technical implementation
Your main focus is strategy development
We have the technical resources to turn your ideas into reality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM
Prior experience with Klaviyo is a plus
You proactively engage with people
Your positive demeanor makes it easy for others to approach you
Analytical mindset and creativity
You speak fluent German and have solid English skills, both written and spoken.
