About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You work with e-commerce stores
You act as the central point of contact between our clients and the team
Through regular check-in calls and close collaboration, you build strong relationships with our clients
Responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing projects
Strategy development, managing email send volume, and running innovative tests

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM
Prior experience with Klaviyo is a plus
Strong communication skills
Analytical mindset and creativity
Fluent in German and solid written and spoken English skills
