Editor

• As a Digital Editor / Duty Editor (m/f/d) you are responsible for how our content is produced, prioritized and reaches its audience.
• You assess and prioritize news events, make editorial decisions and take responsibility for the editorial quality and balance of our reporting.
• Management and distribution of content across all digital channels
• Prioritization of topics and trends with regard to the current news situation, users and reach
• Optimization of headlines, teasers and formats (SEO & channel-appropriate)
• Working with real-time data and direct feedback loops into the newsroom
• Analysis and monitoring of reach and subscription metrics and deriving concrete editorial measures
• Central interface between editorial, video, social, product and commercial/market teams
• Creation of a daily newsletter

Digital Editor, Duty Editor (CvD)

• Create new nursing content, e.g., specialist articles, courses, and multimedia materials
• Ensure nursing content is up to date and adapt it as needed for new continuing education and training courses
• Incorporate user feedback
• Support the development of new products for the nursing market and contribute to expanding our reach in this area
