Customer Success Manager

• спілкуватимешся зі студентами й допомагатимеш їм у розв'язанні питань, пов’язаних із навчанням (питання по курсу та його наповненню, по роботі з особистим кабінетом тощо);
• досягатимеш поставлених цілей та KPIs;
• збиратимеш зворотний зв’язок від клієнтів для відділу продакшену та наших соціальних мереж;
• вирішуватимеш різні складні кейси під час навчання студентів.

• Communicating with platform specialists via Intercom and helping resolve their requests
• Acting as a personal manager for specialists, supporting the growth of their practice on the platform
• Moderating specialist profiles to ensure they meet platform standards
• Guide new specialists through onboarding
• Taking part in initiatives that help us grow and keep our users happy

Customer Success Specialist

• We’re looking for a CRM Marketer to join our fast-paced, cross-functional CRM team. In this role, you’ll drive high-impact lifecycle marketing initiatives and tactical campaigns designed to activate, engage, and retain Tutors — helping them succeed on the platform while delivering an outstanding learning experience to our learners.
• Design & optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns across key customer journeys using Email, Push, and in-Product channels.
• Own end-to-end campaign execution: from brief and segmentation to operationalization, A/B testing, QA and performance analysis.
• Analyze CRM performance across touchpoints to uncover insights and drive optimizations using tools like Looker and Amplitude.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Creative teams to drive initiatives that improve customer experience and LTV.
• Contribute to CRM roadmap & infrastructure discussions, improving automation, data flows, and tooling.
