• Build and manage a structured issuer pipeline, tracking prospects from initial conversation through to live issuance.
• Develop a point of view on which asset classes to prioritize — balancing institutional credibility, investor demand, and Monad-specific differentiation — and execute against that thesis.
• Build early relationships with traditional financial institutions and asset managers, laying the groundwork for longer-term TradFi issuance on Monad.
• Coordinate with borrow/lend protocols and risk curators to ensure tokenized assets are integrated into DeFi primitives — lending, collateral, yield — once live on Monad.
