• Provides patient care modalities of evidence-based practices to best meet the clinical needs of the patients.
• Review and signature of patient clinical Psychosocial assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan, and consents as needed for the patient in a timely manner.
• Documents all services and patient activities appropriately.
• Conducts crisis intervention for the individual and family based on the individual’s safety plan.
• Participate in regular case planning with the involved Multidisciplinary Team as new information is gathered.
• Participate in individual and group supervision as required.
• Provides case management services to promote recovery and community reintegration as needed.

Bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor

• Provide high-quality, empathetic, and evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families via our secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.
• Conduct initial assessments, establish personalized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (intake notes, progress notes) within our user-friendly EHR system.
• Manage your own availability and calendar through our platform.

Online Mental Health Counselor – 1099

• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and messages in a courteous and professional manner.
• Deliver accurate cost estimates to patients prior to scheduled appointments.
• Assist patients with payment arrangements and financial assistance applications.
• Educate patients on available financial assistance options and clearly explain the financial impact of each.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and the practice to ensure charges are applied correctly, transactions are properly recorded, and account discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
• Generate daily insurance verification reports and confirm patient eligibility.
• Utilize eligibility systems, payer websites, and phone communication to verify insurance benefits and coverage details.
• Accurately enter and maintain patient insurance information in appropriate systems.
• Document all interactions and updates in the appropriate electronic systems (EHR/EMR).
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

Financial Counselor

• Deliver proactive guidance curriculum to individuals and groups
• Respond to individual and group needs with responsive counseling and programming
• Review transfer student transcripts and inform appropriate course placements
• Maintain and review transcripts for active students and inform credit award procedures
• Create and maintain student graduation plans
• Provide career readiness curriculum and facilitate creation of career plans
• Deliver Social-Emotional Learning curriculum
• Create and maintain Student 504 plans
• Analyze student data to provide input on appropriate academic programs and interventions
• Travels to support testing efforts and school events within the state as needed
• Other duties as assigned

School Counselor

• Provide counseling to members on a weekly basis through text-based chat, video calls, and phone calls, to monitor their progress on their recovery journey
• Onboard the users with an initial phone call and complete a multidimensional assessment to gather relevant behavioral health history and symptoms
• Work within Atlas, Pelago's AI-native EHR, which automates session documentation, surfaces real-time evidence-based guidance during calls, and prepares clinical context before each session — so your time stays focused on member care, not administrative lift
• Monitor the progress of members and offer therapeutic strategies on how to deal with temptations and cravings
• Be supportive and encouraging to members to help them establish and sustain motivation to change their substance use
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive experience for all members and provide valuable feedback to the product development team
• Uphold good standing with your active license(s)/certification(s)
• Attend team meetings and/or case discussions as scheduled
