About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct phone interviews with prospective students
  • Engage with students by phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Present information about SNHU, program offerings, structure, accreditation, and cost
  • Achieve the expected goals including Daily activity, Schedule Adherence, Call Outline Adherence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associates degree/some college coursework must be completed
  • At least 1 year of relevant sales or customer service experience in relationship or consultative sales
  • Flexible to work either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday
  • Candidates must reside in an approved Synergy state within the Central, Eastern, Mountain, or Pacific time zones
