• This role requires a thorough understanding of Innophos’ financial policies and practices. The Plant Controller is responsible for providing support for plant financial accounting and internal and external reporting.
• Reviews process models and costing on products to ensure accuracy as needed
• Conducts comprehensive manufacturing variance analysis weekly/monthly
• Performs plant inventory analysis for finished goods, packaging supplies, and raw materials
• Analyze capital project costs and ensure that costs are within the budget & appropriately recorded
• Prepare and post journal entries for monthly, quarterly, and year end closings that include cut-off and invoice accruals, recording fixed assets placed in service
• Reconcile and analyze key plant accounts
