About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee all financial aspects of the manufacturing site
- Ensure compliance to financial legal requirements and Nestle Accounting Standards (NAS)
- Provide visibility and forecasts around costs related to factory processes
- Identify, drive and deliver cost improvement opportunities
- Manage and interpret factory reporting of actuals and forecasts
- Identify and lead strategic financial analysis
- Drive business planning and manage overall factory budget
- Develop and control evaluations of capital investment plans
- Ensure compliance and risk management for the site
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-7 years of cost or general accounting experience
- Knowledge of accounting principles in fixed assets, accounts payable, payroll, inventory control, financial reporting and general accounting
- Knowledge of activity-based costing/management and factory management systems/tools
- Basic understanding of information systems function
- Excellent communication skills required
- Ability to manage a multi-faceted department
- Ability to work well with all employees
- Must be a team player, have strong project leadership skills as well as be self-directed
