Content Manager

• Build and operate our AI content engine (~60% of your time)
• Design, build, and continuously refine AI-powered content workflows that produce on-brand output across every format — blog, email, social, help center, and more
• Create and maintain brand training materials, prompt libraries, and style guides that teach our AI tools how Evolve sounds, thinks, and communicates
• Evaluate, onboard, and optimize AI content tools as the landscape evolves
• Build self-service templates and workflows so every marketer on the team can produce great content independently and at scale
• Own brand standards and enable the team (~20% of your time)
• Own Evolve's brand voice, tone, and visual standards — and make them actionable for both humans and AI tools through clear documentation, guidelines, and training resources
• Build and maintain the internal content toolkit: templates, asset libraries, and AI usage playbooks that empower the team to create confidently and consistently
• Review and QA contractor and AI-generated output before it publishes
• Show up as the creative when it counts (~20% of your time)
• Produce high-quality brand content — visual design, copy, or a combination — for campaigns, launches, and moments where human craft makes the difference
• Manage external creative partners when we need to expand capacity, ensuring every partner understands our brand and delivers work that feels like Evolve
• Set the creative standard for what "great" looks like at Evolve

AI Content Strategist

• Develop and maintain overarching content strategy across paid and organic channels, with a focus on performance, scalability, and alignment to growth priorities
• Translate Grove's mission and product value propositions into creative concepts, briefs, and messaging frameworks that resonate across audiences and can be consistently applied across channels
• Write and own all creative briefs for paid ads, organic social, UGC, and new channel tests — including hooks, formats, copy direction, and audience framing — ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability
• Lead category and audience expansion concepting for paid ads in partnership with the Paid Media Manager and Director of Growth, contributing strategic recommendations based on performance insights
• Manage the full UGC creator pool — scouting, briefing, contracts, deliverable tracking, and quality across paid and organic Meta, TikTok, and YouTube — ensuring output aligns with defined creative standards
• Own the strategic roadmap for organic social, with the Social Manager executing day-to-day, ensuring priorities and direction are clearly defined
• Stay ahead of platform trends, winning ad formats, and emerging creative techniques and bring those insights back to the team to inform ongoing strategy
• Drive weekly creative performance reviews — identify what's working, stop what isn't, and define clear next iterations based on data and learnings

Lead Content Strategist

• Support creation and implementation of a comprehensive content strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Craft persuasive narratives that drive growth across business targets (e.g., donors, volunteers, texters).
• Oversee and develop email marketing donor strategy that drives fundraising by designing, executing and optimizing email campaigns targeted at acquiring, engaging and retaining donors.
• Write engaging content for marketing campaigns, blogs, articles, videos, social media posts, newsletters, and multimedia assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments such as philanthropy, public policy and research to align content on campaign strategy and organizational objectives.
• Integrate optimized content for search engines and user engagement.
• Monitor content performance, gathering analysis and adjusting strategies based on data insights.
• Ensure all content aligns with the organization’s voice, tone, brand and values.

Marketing Email and Content Manager

• Oversee the smooth running of the medical queues such that turnaround times are met
• Prevent the posting of medical preprints that may cause harm and ensure that appropriate ethics, funding and COIs are provided.
• Work with journal partners such as Preprints with The Lancet to support their editorial policies as well as working on any reporting and/or projects.
• Liaise with the Content Director over funders and their policies and how it affects SSRN policies and liaising on policy changes as needed.
• Liaise with the Production and Product teams over changes in policies and approaches for identifying bad content in the medical and life science disciplines.

Content Editor

• Own everything that helps customers learn Secureframe independently, from screen-recorded product walkthroughs and compliance framework training courses to internal Sales, Implementation, and Channel Partner enablement
• Sit under the Customer Experience team (within the broader Customer Success org) and report to the Director of Support

Customer Education & Content Manager

• Understand and articulate the creative vision for a project, aligning it with client objectives
• Develop an understanding of the target audience(s), their needs, and how they interact with the brand across touchpoints
• Meet with clients to discuss their goals for an upcoming marketing campaign, then Developing marketing campaigns that are aligned with client expectations.
• Developing marketing strategies that dictate the core methods of achieving the client’s goals
• Create documentation and write creative briefs that inspire and challenge teams to do their best work
• Partner with cross-functional teams including UX, design, copywriting, and development to bring concepts to life

• Own end-to-end content strategy for global campaigns: define the core story, the content architecture, and the asset mix required to bring it to life across the funnel.
• Bring to life the central narrative for each campaign and ensure every asset, across every channel, reinforces that story in a clear, connected, audience-first way.
• Use research, audience insights, and performance data to shape content direction — ensuring campaigns resonate with the right people, reflect real customer needs, and drive outcomes.
• Champion a customer-first approach that balances business priorities with what audiences actually want to hear.
• Write, shape, and oversee the production of high-impact campaign content — from narrative frameworks and messaging guides to hero copy and key asset copy across web, email, paid, and social.
• Partner with Creative and channel teams to adapt core content into channel-native formats, protecting quality and consistency as campaigns scale.
• Treat AI as core to the craft, not a side project. Design, test, and scale AI-powered capabilities for advancing content marketing.
• Build and maintain prompt libraries, content templates, Skills, and agentic workflows that lift the whole team's output — while protecting brand voice, quality, and accuracy.
• Monitor content performance across assets and channels and lead strategic iteration grounded in real engagement data and audience signals.
• Use AI to accelerate the test-and-learn loop — generating variants, surfacing patterns, and turning insight into the next round of content faster than is possible manually.

Campaign Content Strategist

• Serve as the primary storyteller and strategic engine for the BPI brand
• Drive a sophisticated editorial agenda—including our podcast, social platforms, and research reports
• Collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to translate complex data and insights into compelling thought leadership
• Manage our external profile with precision to help BPI establish itself as a world-class firm

Marketing & Content Director

• Build and advance Adobe’s thought leadership agenda
• Translate research, market shifts, and executive insight into compelling points of view
