About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Primary focus on producing and editing short- and long-form videos for social media, web, and multimedia campaigns.
Design static and motion assets and visual templates for multi-channel digital use.
Collaborate with writers and strategists to transform concepts into compelling visual stories.
Maintain brand consistency and high production standards across all deliverables.
Manage video and digital content pipelines from concept through final delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-10 years of practical, demonstrated, or project-based experience in video editing and digital content production.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or comparable tools.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and motion design.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in political or advocacy storytelling is a plus but not required.
Commitment to racial equity, social justice, and democratic causes.
