About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and operate our AI content engine (~60% of your time)
- Design, build, and continuously refine AI-powered content workflows that produce on-brand output across every format — blog, email, social, help center, and more
- Create and maintain brand training materials, prompt libraries, and style guides that teach our AI tools how Evolve sounds, thinks, and communicates
- Evaluate, onboard, and optimize AI content tools as the landscape evolves
- Build self-service templates and workflows so every marketer on the team can produce great content independently and at scale
- Own brand standards and enable the team (~20% of your time)
- Own Evolve's brand voice, tone, and visual standards — and make them actionable for both humans and AI tools through clear documentation, guidelines, and training resources
- Build and maintain the internal content toolkit: templates, asset libraries, and AI usage playbooks that empower the team to create confidently and consistently
- Review and QA contractor and AI-generated output before it publishes
- Show up as the creative when it counts (~20% of your time)
- Produce high-quality brand content — visual design, copy, or a combination — for campaigns, launches, and moments where human craft makes the difference
- Manage external creative partners when we need to expand capacity, ensuring every partner understands our brand and delivers work that feels like Evolve
- Set the creative standard for what "great" looks like at Evolve
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in content marketing, brand, or a creative role where quality and consistency were non-negotiable, with a portfolio that reflects strong brand sensibility and visual design skills (Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite).
- Deep hands-on expertise with AI content tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar), including prompt engineering and training AI models on brand voice and style.
- A systems-first mindset with demonstrated experience building repeatable content workflows and automation using tools like Zapier or Make.
- Strong creative judgment — you know when to let AI run and when to take the wheel, and you're energized by building systems that enable the whole team, not just producing great work yourself.
- Comfortable managing external creative contractors or agencies, briefing and QA-ing their work to ensure brand-consistent delivery.
