• Monitor and summarize regulatory updates from global health authorities (e.g., FDA, EMA, TGA, ANVISA, SFDA).
• Assist in categorizing regulatory changes by industry, product type, jurisdiction, and topic (e.g., labeling, clinical trials, pharmacovigilance).
• Draft concise summaries and impact assessments for new regulations, guidance documents, and enforcement actions.

Regulatory Intelligence Intern

• You will be reporting to the Regional Head of Regulatory Compliance in assisting the following tasks and projects:
• Stay ahead of global trends: Track and analyze key regulatory developments across the region and globally, and translate them into insights that matter for the business.
• Create engaging Global Regulatory Newsletters that showcase emerging trends and keep teams informed.
• Understand global market requirements: Work closely with the Quality & Food Safety and Innovation teams to map out regulatory requirements across different markets, gaining insight into how government regulations shape product development and supply chain strategies.
• Support compliant product launches: Apply your knowledge by conducting regulatory checks for new products—reviewing formulations, labeling, standards of identity, and testing parameters to help ensure everything meets market requirements before launch.
• Build tools that make an impact: Maintain global regulatory database within our Document Management System, helping teams access critical information efficiently.
• Shape the way we work: Research and co-create regulatory training materials, SOPs, and practical tools that drive consistency and improve how regulatory compliance and risk assessment processes are implemented across the organization.

Food Regulatory & Compliance Intern, 6 months

• Lead and support licensing projects across APAC markets, including new applications, renewals, variations, and other regulatory approvals required to support business activities.
• Assess licensing requirements, regulatory pathways, and approval strategies for new markets, products, and legal entities across the region.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to evaluate the licensing impact of business initiatives, expansion plans, and structural or operational changes.
• Help define licensing strategy and sequencing for market entry and regulatory prioritization across APAC.
• Manage and track licensing pipelines, key milestones, dependencies, and submissions to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
• Prepare, coordinate, and support licensing submissions, regulator questionnaires, follow-up requests, and related documentation.
• Liaise directly with regulators, external counsel, and relevant internal teams throughout licensing and approval processes.
• Provide practical advice on licensing-related regulatory issues in payments, fintech, and financial services across multiple APAC jurisdictions.
• Support due diligence and internal decision-making by identifying key licensing constraints, risks, and jurisdiction-specific considerations relevant to business expansion.
• Maintain clear documentation and internal visibility over licensing statuses, submissions, approval conditions, and key regulatory commitments linked to licenses.

Regulatory Licensing Officer – APAC

• Ensure ADS complies with all laws, regulations, and guidelines relevant for a licensed Major Payment Institution (MPI)
• Assist in ensuring that governance, reporting, and regulatory engagements are executed to the highest standard for ADS and affiliated financial institutions worldwide
• Develop and implement AML/CFT policies, procedures, and controls in line with MAS Notices
• Prepare and present compliance reports to the Board of Directors and Risk Management Committee (RMC)

Compliance Member

• The Manager, Regulatory Affairs is responsible for working with local regulatory affairs departments, AP regional cross-functional teams, Global Regulatory Teams and other global functions to define and implement the regional strategy for assigned products.
• This position provides regional affiliates with timely responses to Health Authority enquiries and gives general regulatory support to all affiliates in the region for the pharmaceutical sector business.
• Drives the development and implementation of the regional regulatory strategy that optimize development, registration, and lifecycle management of new and marketed products.
• Expedites commercialization of new indications and line extension by providing regional regulatory inputs.

Manager, APAC, Regulatory Affairs, Immunology

• Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compliance policies, procedures, and controls
• Ensure policies align with international container shipping standards
• Track and interpret regulatory changes worldwide
• Manage the level 1 sanctions screening analysts and review level 2 escalations
• Collaborate with business units to embed robust screening processes
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of existing compliance programs
• Assist with inquiries into potential non-compliance incidents

Compliance Manager

• Identify and capture sales opportunities with existing or new customers and assisting & guiding customers in their purchases.
• Take customers through the audit process: from notification of the audit at customer C-level, facilitating the collection of deployment data of the customer environment, presenting the results of the audit analysis to key customer stakeholders (including C-level), escalating within the customer or client side where necessary, negotiating the resolution of the compliance investment until full closure of the commercial resolution.
• Acquire product, license agreements and contracts knowledge to enhance the ability to understand customer needs across different products and regions and apply the most effective response and solution to the case.
• Drive direct deal closures where the customer has a clear understanding of how the outstanding compliance exposure can be invested in new product.
• Collaborate with internal as well as external stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for companies from non-compliance into compliance.
• Uses Salesforce.com to track all leads, opportunities, activities and results.
• Drive, develops, executes and monitors various LC campaigns.
• Ensure cross-functional approach: Work hand in hand with Legal, Channel and other sales teams to maximize revenue opportunities within License Compliance engagements.
• Act as a brand ambassador as your customer-facing role is crucial in supporting our client’s values and mission.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

License Compliance Associate

• Provides leadership, direction, and consulting to managers across APAC Distribution encompassing all investment products and institutional clients serviced
• Responsible for the planning, implementation and monitoring of compliance requirements, and establishing and executing programs to measure, mitigate and monitor risk
• Coordinates with resources outside of APAC Distribution to design and deliver effective compliance and risk management programs and reporting
• Acts as the Compliance Coordinator for APAC Distribution and manages the day-to-day compliance activities
