About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will be reporting to the Regional Head of Regulatory Compliance in assisting the following tasks and projects:
  • Stay ahead of global trends: Track and analyze key regulatory developments across the region and globally, and translate them into insights that matter for the business.
  • Create engaging Global Regulatory Newsletters that showcase emerging trends and keep teams informed.
  • Understand global market requirements: Work closely with the Quality & Food Safety and Innovation teams to map out regulatory requirements across different markets, gaining insight into how government regulations shape product development and supply chain strategies.
  • Support compliant product launches: Apply your knowledge by conducting regulatory checks for new products—reviewing formulations, labeling, standards of identity, and testing parameters to help ensure everything meets market requirements before launch.
  • Build tools that make an impact: Maintain global regulatory database within our Document Management System, helping teams access critical information efficiently.
  • Shape the way we work: Research and co-create regulatory training materials, SOPs, and practical tools that drive consistency and improve how regulatory compliance and risk assessment processes are implemented across the organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science and technology, Food Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Prior internship or working experience in food industry will be ideal.
  • Strong interest in international food regulations and policies.
  • Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with the teams.
  • Ability to work with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Ability to commit to a 6 month internship without visa sponsorship.
  • Ability to start asap will be a strong advantage.
