• Systematically analyze practices within the network and derive actionable recommendations.

• Actively manage show rate: confirmations, preparation, pre-qualification
• Maintain and document leads accurately in the CRM (Salesforce)
• Communication & building commitment
• First contact via phone (Aircall) or WhatsApp
• Evoke genuine interest, address objections early, build commitment
• Ensure a clean and complete handover process to the closer
• Keep your KPIs in view: show rate, appointments, and cash collected
• Actively work on your own development – accept and implement call feedback
