• You'll sit on our central BizOps & Analytics team but you’ll be embedded in one of Jerry's core product or business areas — growth, product, AI and automation, strategic partnerships — and own the analytical function for that business unit end-to-end.
• Define the right problems: Before any analysis, understand what business question it's answering and what decision it will inform. Push back if the question is flawed.
• Data and insights: Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface data insights that move your team's key metrics.
• Drive outcomes: Bring recommendations to your counterparts in product, growth, finance or operations, tell them what's happening and why, and what next steps should be.

Manager, BizOps – Analytics

• For the first few months, you will join an existing product team, and learn how we think about and develop products.
• Learn how to conduct customer research, write product specs, work with engineers and designers, use tools like Figma and Codex to prototype, design and run experiments, analyze outcomes, and incorporate learnings into iterative product decisions.

Senior Manager, BizOps – Strategy, New Products

• Lead the Operations & Policy section within the Central Services Division.
• Guide a team that supports essential agency functions, including data governance, public records management and coordination, facilities operations, fleet services, agency reception, emergency management and continuity of operations, and agency-wide policy management and development.
• Set the vision and direction for Operations & Policy by developing goals and objectives, tracking progress, and helping staff prioritize work.
• Coach and empower a diverse team of professional and technical staff, creating a supportive environment where people feel valued and are encouraged to grow.
• Help resolve complex operational or administrative challenges; support the development of clear and responsive statewide rules, procedures, and guidance; ensure the division’s work is timely, service-oriented, and aligned with DEQ’s commitments to equity, accessibility, and high-quality customer service.

Policy & Operations Manager – Business Operations Manager 2

• Inventory and map Nava’s core internal operations across cross-functional teams and shared services; identify the highest-impact gaps and sequence improvement work accordingly
• Design and implement improved processes that reduce manual effort, increase consistency, and produce measurable outcomes; establish and maintain a living process inventory across the org
• Own the change management required to make transformation stick: build stakeholder alignment, drive adoption of new frameworks and ways of working, and bring cross-functional teams along with clarity and conviction
• Lead the evaluation and decision-making process for where Nava should build AI-powered solutions, use external tools, or optimize human-led processes; developing a clear framework for assessing readiness, ROI, and risk; ensure tooling decisions follow process design rather than precede it
• Partner with engineering, data, and operations to translate documented processes into viable candidates for automation or AI augmentation
• Track the AI and automation solutions portfolio across the Operations function, ensuring initiatives are properly scoped, measured, and integrated into the broader operational roadmap
• Stay current on emerging AI tooling and agentic workflow capabilities; bring informed recommendations to leadership on where Nava can gain leverage
• Own central operations for the Ops & Automation function: define how work is prioritized, how decisions get made, and how initiatives are tracked from scoping through delivery
• Define the operational excellence framework Nava uses to assess and score core business processes; establish KPIs and leading indicators, and stand up measurement infrastructure to monitor performance over time
• Identify which operational functions are candidates for a shared services model; design those models including ownership, SLAs, handoff points, and governance; lead phased stand-up
• Provide process and automation support to Staffing Operations as it stabilizes and scales
• Build proactive, trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders across Delivery, People Operations, Finance, and Growth; communicate progress, roadblocks, and recommendations to the VP, Ops & Automation and senior leadership with clarity and confidence

Director, Business Operations – Process Optimization

• Drive performance management and reporting to leadership across Ladder: you will be a hub for business data and communication, and act as the primary point of contact for product and performance data. When we over- or underperform, you’ll know why
• Develop new analytics and data processes: understand Ladder’s data processes and dashboards, work internally with engineering, data science, and other stakeholders to optimize
• Lead or program manage multiple strategic initiatives at any given point. Some examples include: drafting business cases for a new product idea, evaluating the impact of a change in our user funnel,, or strategizing to drive further monetization
• Prioritize and size initiatives: evaluate impact, resource requirements, and implementation timelines of initiatives
• Collaborate and coordinate cross-functionally: you will need to navigate across Ladder’s functions, and gather and analyze data from multiple sources to inform decision-making at all levels
• Build efficient processes and implement new systems: you will spot the highest priority business initiatives and improvement areas, and devise new processes or implement new systems to bring those to life.

Business Operations Manager

• In this role you will oversee and administer the Agency’s procurement program, provide leadership and implement procurement strategic plans, drive continuous improvements through managing procurement metrics, and lead procurement training initiatives.
• Program Administration: Leading the Agency’s procurement program and staff to ensure compliance with public procurement laws, rules and policies. Working in collaboration with Business Services Division (BSD) Director to create vision, strategic plans, policies, and Agency specific procurement rules and procedures. Overseeing all procurement activities and administering procurement processes from initiation through contract close out, ensuring appropriate procurement strategies are utilized to mitigate the Agency's risk. Ensuring standards are met and quality control, including maintaining updated procedures, templates, and forms. Monitoring procurement performance metrics and leading continuous improvement efforts. Leading contract dispute resolution between the Agency, vendors and consultants.
• Management and Supervision: Managing the daily operations of the Procurement staff. Planning, assigning and reviewing work, establishing goals and assessing performance through completion of written performance evaluations. Responding timely to personnel issues and complaints and working in collaboration with Human Resources. Fostering an environment that motivates, encourages and promotes staff development. Identifying training needs and professional development opportunities for staff. Developing, coaching and building skill sets to ensure employees are engaged and have the necessary training to be successful. Collaborating with the Human Resources Division to ensure successful recruitment, interviewing, selection and retention strategies.

Chief Procurement Officer – Business Operations Manager 2

• Provide Tier 2 functional support and ticket triage for ERP Materials Management (MM), including analysis, resolution, documentation, and routing of issues
• Support Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) end‑to‑end business processes across multiple document types and integrated systems
• Troubleshoot workflow, configuration, and interface issues; research root causes and downstream impacts
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, Tier 2 analysts, and U.S. Navy program managers to resolve cross‑system and cross‑command issues
