Business Development Specialist

• 月輸送/月面開発のアーキテクチャ設計及び新規事業開拓
• 将来月面/月周回軌道への輸送、月面インフラ（電力・通信）開発、月周回衛星を活用したサービスといった各事業のアーキテクチャ設計
• 実現するためのロビーイング及び非宇宙企業を巻き込んだミッション立ち上げ
• 新規事業創出について一部若しくは全部を担当

• Define and execute Nearfield’s growth strategy in Japan
• Identify and develop new opportunities within semiconductor manufacturers and ecosystem partners
• Establish Nearfield as a trusted, long-term partner in the Japanese market
• Build, develop, and maintain relationships at senior and executive level (Director, VP, C-level)
• Engage stakeholders through consistent, trust-based interactions
• Navigate complex, consensus-driven decision-making processes
• Translate customer needs into tailored value propositions
• Lead discussions on technical solutions, timelines, and commercial terms
• Manage complex, high-value and long-cycle sales processes
• Support and lead negotiations to secure strategic deals
• Act as the voice of the customer within Nearfield
• Strengthen long-term partnerships with key accounts
• Provide market and competitive insights
• Contribute directly to revenue growth and strategic positioning

Senior Business Development Manager

• Work as a team with software engineers, data analysts/engineers and provide product owner expertise to correctly communicate software requirements to the development team and ensure the release of high-quality software that meet customer needs
• Work with stakeholders to define hypotheses, make functional and nonfunctional requirements, set high-level schedules and milestones, coordinate user testing or proof of concept to evaluate and refine the service, identify risks, communicate with cross-functional partners both across the company and externally, and release a product
• Visualize progress, and report and demonstrate to colleagues outside the team and external stakeholders
• Define and oversee product roadmap, feature development prioritization, and strategy with relevant stakeholders based on understanding of key market dynamics and customer pain points
• Identify target customers and initiate conversations, support customer acquisition including sales discussions, and lead POC/ project development ensuring good customer experience throughout
