• Manage and coordinate multiple phases of technical and/or business readiness activities within a project
• Support Transfer Agency client onboarding, fund migration, conversion, and deconversion initiatives
• Map end-to-end business processes and implement solutions for technological and process improvements
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and review existing processes to produce detailed business requirement specification documents
• Run workshops using proven techniques for creating detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Assist and supervise team contribution and communication to ensure complete requirement coverage
• Apply standards and methodologies, providing expertise and support on the use of methods and tools
• Conduct needs analysis, task planning, process/data analysis and modelling, and/or logical database design activities

Senior Business Analyst – Transfer Agency

• Reporting to the Programme Manager, the Business Analyst will work as a key member of a project team and will play a significant role in the successful delivery of a portfolio of strategic projects.
• The Business Analyst will be involved in the implementation of large-scale MIS programmes which require substantial business process change.
• The ability to engage effectively with the Project Team and other key stakeholders is a key requirement.
• Responsible for mapping and documenting ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ business processes, upgrading existing systems and implementing and testing new systems.
• Meeting with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
• Analysing workflows to create process maps and isolate areas of potential improvement.
• Developing functional specifications that design and document the desired outcome of system enhancement/development.
• Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the overall efficiency, functionality and user friendliness of system enhancement/development.
• Monitoring major cases reported in supplier ticketing systems to ensure awareness among our teams on the status of critical issues.
• Working closely with relevant internal teams and supplier teams to help ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Preparing material and providing training and assistance to end-users during and following implementation.
• Working as a crucial component of a project team responsible for upgrading existing systems or implementing new systems.

• Responsible for supporting project’s prioritization
• Responsible for the management, coaching, and mentoring of a small team of more junior Business Analysts.
• Leads or participates in various workshops to define and design automation solutions
• Responsible of having documents for all process requirements and flow prior and after automation using standardize documents
• Responsible for all stakeholders being well informed of the status of development requirements and scope
• Leads and/or participates in the problem identification/error resolution process
• Participates on sign-off approvals by business and/or technical staff to certify successful results of milestone deliverable(s) or phase completion, including process development and deployment
• Responsible of following project governance (project phases)
• Responsible to have the relevant reporting in place for automated solutions
• Constantly liaise with process owners to raise operational improvements and brainstorm for automation ideas
• Oversees continuous improvement and optimization on automated processes
• Conducts effective performance evaluations and mentors developers through formal and informal channels
• Offers support to Developer Lead and to Maintenance Lead, and collaborates with both to continuously improve delivery.
