Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver projects for clients across various industries
Take responsibility for eliciting, understanding, and translating requirements
Map requirements to Microsoft Business Application technologies
Rapid prototyping of client requirements
Drive early design decisions through entity modeling
Assist customers in mapping high-level business requirements to low-level functional requirements
Identify issues and opportunities for improvement
Challenge assumptions and identify risks with solutions
Influence stakeholders, ensuring requirements demonstrate business value
Conduct ‘Fit Gap’ analysis and process design exercises
Lead client workshops to scope and define projects
Manage the end-to-end requirements management process in Azure DevOps
Mentor junior Business Analysts and promote the BA function across the organization
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business owners on requirements documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrable Senior Business Analyst experience
Experience delivering Microsoft Business Applications projects (preferable)
Experience with no-code / low-code tools like Power Apps, Dynamics 365, etc.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication skills
Results-focused attitude
Experience in both waterfall and agile project methodologies
