• Volgende taken behoren tot je pakket:
• De Business Analyst (BA) is de brug tussen de business en de IT. Hij of zij analyseert de behoeften, de wensen en de problemen van de klant en de eindgebruiker, en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke en haalbare oplossingen.
• - De BA is betrokken bij het opstellen en verfijnen van de product backlog, het specificeren van de user stories en de acceptatiecriteria, en het testen en documenteren van de opgeleverde functionaliteiten. Hiervoor zal de BA workshops leiden zoals User Story Mapping sessies, designs en mockups maken in Figma en de informatie verzamelen en verder verwerken in Confluence en Jira (Atlassian Stack).
• - De BA werkt nauw samen met de Product Owner, de Scrum Master, het development team en de andere Business Analysts om de scope, de kwaliteit en de planning van het product te bewaken en te optimaliseren.
• - De BA neemt deel aan de belangrijkste agile ceremonies, zoals de sprint planning en demo/review, de daily stand-up en de sprint retrospective. Hij of zij levert input, feedback en advies aan het ontwikkelteam en de stakeholders.
• - De BA onderzoekt en evalueert de impact en de haalbaarheid van de veranderingen, en zorgt voor een goede communicatie en afstemming met de betrokken partijen.

Business Analyst, AI

• Lead weekly/monthly business performance reviews (Sales, Net Adds, Churn, Portfolio)
• Analyze customer behavior, Content performance, campaign performance, and commercial trends to support decision-making
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue
• Build clear dashboards and business reports for local management
• Ensure all local KPIs are aligned with group standards to give management a consistent view across countries
• Proactively identify business risks, opportunities, and data anomalies and escalate them to the Management or Data Team when needed

• Leading the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of ERP processes across product management, supply chain, logistics, warehouse, projects, and customer order management.
• Acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, translating operational needs into system enhancements and ensuring successful delivery of ERP solutions.
• Maintain and optimize ERP processes and blueprints across regions.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align ERP capabilities with business needs.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate development, testing, and deployment of ERP enhancements.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and support users after go-live.
• Work with vendors and partners on upgrades and integrations.
• Partner with IT teams and business leaders to deliver ERP solutions.
• Maintain documentation and provide training and support to global users.

• Operational management: You work primarily with SailPoint IdentityIQ, the central tool for identity governance and access management. Your focus is on operational management rather than development.
• Data & role modeling: You are involved in data modeling and defining business roles to manage access rights efficiently and securely.
• Controls & follow-up: You run controls on the processes within IdentityIQ, such as the joiner-mover leaver process, and carry out the necessary clean-up actions to safeguard data quality.
• Recertification campaigns: A key part of your work is managing the annual access recertification campaigns, in which access rights for more than 2,000 applications are validated each year, largely through Excel-based workflows.
• Stakeholder management: You have frequent contact with the business, application owners and other technical teams to align and optimise the IAM processes.

Business Analyst – Identity & Access Management, IAM Operations

• Capture and structure customer requirements
• You will be the bridge between what the customer wants and what Oper delivers.
• Run discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders at our customers
• Capture functional and business requirements in clear, well-structured documentation
• Map requirements to Oper's product: identify what works out-of-the-box, what needs configuration, and what genuinely needs engineering
• Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications the squad can act on
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Analyze integration points
• You will figure out how Oper plugs in cleanly.
• Review technical API documentation from core banking systems, CRMs, and online banking platforms
• Work with Oper engineering to identify and define integration points
• Document data flows, contracts, and edge cases so nothing surprises us at go-live
• Make smart, pragmatic recommendations on what to integrate now vs. later
• Configure workflows and deliver value
• You will own the hands-on configuration work that makes Oper work for each customer.
• Configure mortgage products, business rules, and customer journeys inside the Oper platform
• Validate that configurations match the agreed scope and pass acceptance testing
• Lead training sessions for end users and customer champions
• Stay close to the customer through go-live and early adoption, then hand over cleanly to the Customer Success team
• Use AI tools to scaffold documentation, draft specs, summarize workshops, and accelerate analysis, automate processes,…
• Identify where AI compounds your work and where it does not, and design your workflow accordingly
• Help us push the bar on what an AI-native delivery function looks like at Oper

AI-Native Business Analyst

• Dive deep into the customer’s business to understand their workflows, goals, and constraints

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet both business and functional needs
• Manage administrative and project tasks with precision and punctuality
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction

• Collaborating with business stakeholders and functional experts to define, document and integrate SCADA-related processes into the corporate process mapping framework.
• Leading the design and writing of User Acceptance Test (UAT) books in partnership with business teams and the testing governance department, ensuring all necessary data is identified and prepared.
• Producing comprehensive training materials and identifying the cases and data required for demonstrations and training sessions.
• Delivering training sessions jointly with the integrator, ensuring end users are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to work effectively within the SCADA environment.
• Contributing to additional project streams and deliverables as the project schedule evolves, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to project delivery.

Business Analyst, SCADA

• Take ownership of the spare parts procurement and planning processes
• Drive process improvement and efficiency initiatives by designing new processes and enhancing existing ones
• Support business growth by integrating new requirements into planning processes
• Act as a key point of contact in an international stakeholder environment

• Be responsible for defining and implementing the revenue management strategy and optimisation for a dedicated portfolio of routes, in line with our commercial objectives.
• Monitor daily business performance by analysing revenue, volume and repricing strategies to ensure market demand shifts or any supply constraints are reflected.
• Contribute to schedule decisions, trade-offs on capacity adjustments and sellable capacity by station.
• Ensure optimal use of the Revenue Management System to drive automation of pricing actions and other relevant features.
• Manage the availability of promotions and offers to maximise train load factors and reduce distressed inventory.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting to ensure the right KPIs and formats are available so that fast decisions can be made and demand trends understood.
• Be responsible for authorising group bookings where applicable and build strong relationships with the commercial/sales team.
• Be involved in revenue management, cross-departmental and company-wide projects related to revenue growth or process optimisation.

Revenue Management Analyst

• Conduct due diligence on mining assets and companies, integrating geological, technical, and commercial assessments
• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, NAV, comparable transactions and companies) for mining projects and corporate transactions
• Analyze mineral resource and reserve statements (JORC, NI 43-101, or equivalent) and assess their commercial implications
• Evaluate mining project economics, including capex/opex profiles, production schedules, commodity price assumptions, and risk factors
• Prepare investment memoranda, pitch books, valuation summaries, and board-level presentations
• Monitor commodity markets, mining sector trends, M&A activity, and the competitive landscape
• Support deal execution, including coordination with technical consultants, legal teams, and counterparties
• Assess geopolitical, permitting, environmental, and ESG risks affecting mining investments
• Structure and evaluate alternative and structured financing schemes for mining operations, including metal prepays, royalties, streaming agreements, offtake and marketing arrangements, and debt/equity hybrids, and assess their impact on project economics and counterparty risk
