About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take ownership of the spare parts procurement and planning processes
Drive process improvement and efficiency initiatives by designing new processes and enhancing existing ones
Support business growth by integrating new requirements into planning processes
Act as a key point of contact in an international stakeholder environment
Contribute to and represent the business in cross-functional and IT/digital transformation projects
Lead the digitalization and automation of planning and procurement processes
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
Define and manage KPIs and reporting frameworks
Analyse data to uncover inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
Contribute to the future planning strategy and roadmap

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master degree, typically in Applied Economics or Commercial Engineering
Analytical mindset and a passion for facts and figures
Solution & customer oriented mind-set and a drive to continuously improve your area
Communication is to the point and customer oriented
Open and positive mindset
Affinity with IT-applications; Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Familiar with the current software packets (MS office: Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word) and analytical tools (PowerBI knowledge is a must)
Team player and establish/keep a good relationship with your business colleagues from various departments
Good knowledge of English, knowledge of other European languages is a plus
Short stays abroad are no problem
