Brand Manager

• Assist in the development, planning, and project management of marketing plans for both Mable and HomeMade.
• Help to translate the high-level CVP into tangible brand assets, messaging, and promotional materials.
• Support the production of brand assets, manage project timelines, and ensure all initiatives and assets are delivered on time and on brand.
• Support the end-to-end planning and execution of events, coordinating logistics, stakeholder communications, and on-site support to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive social media engagement by supporting content development with support from the Social Media Manager.
• Drive excellence in creative and media agency partnerships, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard.
• Work closely with PR, performance, creative, content, and product marketing teams to ensure campaign integration.

Assistant Brand Manager

• Support the Head of Marketing in developing and executing the go-to-market strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end campaign planning, defining objectives, and key brand moments across all channels. Own the marketing calendar, ensuring all channels are aligned and messaging is on-brand and cohesive.
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing on campaign strategy and bring creative ideas to build brand salience and talkability. Lead the campaign briefing process and manage timelines and deliverables across stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality campaign rollouts.
• Develop and execute proactive PR strategies to increase editorial coverage, media features, and brand visibility. Manage media outreach calendars and work closely with our PR agency and internal stakeholders on sample coordination, pitch angles and storytelling.
• Identify and lead co-branded partnership opportunities with like-minded brands that drive new audience reach and cultural relevance.
• Manage partnership execution, from concept to post-launch wrap.
• Own the brand budget across activations, events, and PR initiatives, ensuring spend aligns with strategic priorities and delivers return on investment.
• Analyse and report on campaign performance, PR coverage, and event ROI, sharing insights with cross-functional teams and using learnings to improve future initiatives.

• Lead brand-led growth for Binance Australia
• Own and evolve Binance Australia’s brand strategy
• Translate complex crypto concepts into clear, credible, and consumer-friendly messaging
• Act as brand guardian across all channels (ATL, BTL, digital, partnerships, community, events)
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated campaigns
• Develop campaign narratives, creative briefs, and go-to-market plans across paid, owned, and earned channels
• Ensure campaigns balance brand building + measurable growth outcomes
• Be the key marketing lead for Australia
• Partner with PR, legal, and compliance teams to ensure messaging is accurate, responsible, and regulator-ready
• Manage local agencies and creative partners
• Track and report on brand health metrics alongside campaign KPIs

Senior Brand and Growth Manager – ANZ

• Lead the Brand Marketing function across Brand Management, PR, Social Media, Creative & Content
• Drive culturally relevant and commercially impactful storytelling across all consumer touchpoints
• Develop integrated brand and communications strategies that strengthen brand awareness, engagement and growth
• Lead omnichannel campaigns across digital, social, retail, PR, media and community channels
• Champion social-first and earned-first marketing approaches that spark visibility, conversation and community connection
• Inspire, mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to bring product and brand storytelling to life within ANZ
• Collaborate cross-functionally across retail, merchandising, commercial and sport marketing teams
