About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Head of Marketing in developing and executing the go-to-market strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end campaign planning, defining objectives, and key brand moments across all channels. Own the marketing calendar, ensuring all channels are aligned and messaging is on-brand and cohesive.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing on campaign strategy and bring creative ideas to build brand salience and talkability. Lead the campaign briefing process and manage timelines and deliverables across stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality campaign rollouts.
- Develop and execute proactive PR strategies to increase editorial coverage, media features, and brand visibility. Manage media outreach calendars and work closely with our PR agency and internal stakeholders on sample coordination, pitch angles and storytelling.
- Identify and lead co-branded partnership opportunities with like-minded brands that drive new audience reach and cultural relevance.
- Manage partnership execution, from concept to post-launch wrap.
- Own the brand budget across activations, events, and PR initiatives, ensuring spend aligns with strategic priorities and delivers return on investment.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, PR coverage, and event ROI, sharing insights with cross-functional teams and using learnings to improve future initiatives.
- Lead, coach and develop our Senior Brand Coordinator
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience in brand marketing, ideally in fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands.
- Experience coordinating brand activations, campaigns, or PR events end-to-end
- Organised, solutions-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Culturally tuned-in, with a strong interest in fashion, pop culture, creators, and digital trends.
- Proven ability to take ownership, work collaboratively, and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure.
- Can work both strategically & operationally, love to still be hands on and can work autonomously.
- A go-getter attitude - energised by working in a rapidly changing, fast-moving environment.
