Accounts Payable

• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Verify invoice details, approvals and supporting documentation prior to processing
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and financial documentation
• Support supplier account reconciliations and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Assist with payment processing activities and ensure supplier payments are completed on time
• Respond to supplier queries and build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Support month end finance activities related to accounts payable transactions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and financial controls
• Maintain accurate data within finance and ERP systems
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and support the efficiency of the finance function

Accounts Payable Clerk

• Assess, verify and process invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, refunds, Advanced payments and expense reports from various offices and sale sites in the EMEA regions.
• Input data/invoices into Basware and Oracle ERP system.
• Maintain accurate and complete information on AP subledgers.
• Prepare invoices for payment accurately and in due time.
• Follow up on unpaid and late invoices.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies independently and/or in collaboration with sale site staff by exercising ethical and objective judgment skills.
• Ensure appropriate authorizations in accordance with the company’s contractual obligations
• Actively contribute to the success of Accounts Payable month/quarter/year end accounting closing and reporting.
• Work close to Project team to improve and simplify our processes.
• Support the other team members when it’s needed by providing trainings/guidance, helping with the workload, anticipating issues and making sure our processes are accurate.

Accounts Payable Specialist

• Responsible for high volume processing of accounts payable transactions for multiple legal entities in North America / EMEA / APAC
• Ensure all suppliers are paid on time
• Adhere to appropriate remittance process and internal controls
• Review, correct and validate invoices and payments
• Lead and support the AP team of 5 during month/quarter/year close
• Support internal and external audits
• Accurate and timely responses to Payment Reminders and queries
• Verify signing authority of invoices, purchase orders and expense reports
• Audit and support employee expenses (T&L)
• Support, guide and train team members
• Work closely with Project team to improve and simplify processes
• Perform other general tasks related to Accounts Payable

Senior Accounts Payable

• Review, verify, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and on time.
• Match invoices to purchase orders, receipts, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and process weekly or scheduled payment runs.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Ensure invoices and payments comply with internal controls, approval workflows, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and filing systems.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and AP reporting.
• Support expense report review and processing, where applicable.
• Assist with audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and payment workflows.
