Accounting Manager

• Support the finance team by posting miscellaneous cash receipts as needed.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including scanning check stubs and organizing digital records for ease of access.
• Prepare and mail credit cards to employees as part of the company’s credit card issuance and management process.
• Accurately enter vendor invoices into the accounting system for processing and payment.
• Assist with reviewing and authorizing subcontractor invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contract terms.
• Provide backup support for compliance reviews to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.

Accounting Intern

• Own the end-to-end accounts payable (AP) function, including invoice processing, vendor payment runs, subledger-to-GL reconciliations, aging review, and month-end accruals.
• Oversee and develop the AP team — including the Team Lead and AP Specialists — through goal-setting, performance reviews, coaching, and day-to-day support.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations and variance analysis, investigating and explaining significant fluctuations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage and enforce AP internal controls, with a focus on fraud prevention around vendor banking changes, duplicate payments, and high-risk transactions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and modernize AP workflows, whether through process redesign, automation, training or AI-powered and agentic tools to reduce manual effort, increase accuracy, and scale the function as the business grows.
• Oversee the P-Card and T&E programs, including policy compliance, platform configuration, card issuance, and vendor coordination.
• Approve invoices in accordance with the Spend and Transaction policy, confirming proper GL coding, PO matching.
• Coordinate and execute vendor payment runs, including intercompany payments, and partner with Treasury on funding requests to ensure payments are made accurately and on time.
• Support vendor management, including new vendor setups, banking updates, payment term optimization, and escalated dispute resolution.
• Support internal and external audit requests related to accounts payable documentation and controls.
• Support shared services initiatives and partner with the Director, Accounting on cross-functional priorities and department-wide projects.
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as the business evolves and Accounting team needs shift.

• Oversee accounting, reporting, and analysis for all Ventas insurance programs, including captive insurance arrangements and master insurance programs
• Manage captive insurance close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis
• Facilitate and oversee insurance claim payments and related accounting
• Assist with property-level insurance premium allocations and related analysis
• Ensure accurate accounting and coordination for insurance programs involving third-party operators
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Corporate Risk, and Tax to support compliant and scalable insurance accounting processes

• Provide leadership and oversight across multiple accounting functions supporting Pizza Hut, including lease accounting, project costing, equity revenue, and property and sales tax compliance.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and high-quality service delivery through effective review, governance, and process leadership.
• Review and approve period-end close deliverables, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analyses.
• Oversee lease and equity revenue accounting, including key estimates and judgments.
• Support audit readiness through review of documentation and coordination of requests.
• Oversee project costing activities to ensure compliance with capitalization policies and accounting standards.

• Supervise a team of 5 offshore contractors while overseeing key financial processes
• Ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and performance of the team
• Foster a collaborative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional development
• Oversee month-end close processes, ensuring accurate reconciliations and reporting
• Monitor and evaluate team performance through key metrics
• Lead initiatives to improve existing workflows and processes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Accounting Operations Supervisor

• Review income tax provisions under ASC 740 (income tax provision)
• Document tax positions and analyses under FIN 48
• Coordinate subject matter experts (international, state, and local, and M&A)
• Review taxable income by entity and consolidation
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Deliver professional services to clients, including consulting, tax planning, compliance, and research

• Manage the Company’s SOX program, including annual risk assessments, scoping, process mapping, and control design evaluations.
• Communicate directly with internal audit, external audit, management and control owners
• Serve as the liaison between executives and Internal Audit for SOX related matters
• Manage quarterly and annual SOX testing cycles, partner with control owners to identify gaps, and track remediation plans.
• Execute the first line of defense program for Shared Services in accordance with Company policy
• Research, understand, and implement new accounting standards
• Subject matter expert in complex areas of US GAAP, including CECL, revenue recognition, fair value, consolidation, transfers and servicing, etc.
