About the role
- Operate printing machines in the finishing/decoration department
- Perform machine set-ups according to drawing specifications (screen and pad printing machines)
- Carry out minor maintenance tasks
- Prepare stencils/templates for screen printing
- Assist with production workflows
- Support production preparation and planning
- Identify defects and perform glass gauging (measuring/calibrating glassware)
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of glass technology (handling and processing of glass) desirable
- Basic PC/computer skills
- Manual dexterity and technical aptitude
- Independent, careful and quality-conscious working style
- Ability to work well in a team
