LinkedIn Performance Marketing Manager – m/f/d

• In collaboration with our design team, you will conceptualize campaigns for B2B clients and optimize them for maximum performance across LinkedIn, Google & Facebook.
• You will conceptualize, create, and test various B2B social ad strategies together with your clients.
• You will further develop the B2B division and our service portfolio.
• You will monitor campaign performance and learn from the results.
• You will take responsibility for overall project management and serve as the primary point of contact for your clients.
• You will contribute to internal and external initiatives.

• You will develop, create and test various social ads strategies together with your clients.
• You will monitor campaign performance and derive learnings from the results.
• You will take responsibility for end-to-end project management and act as the primary contact person for your clients.
• You will contribute to internal initiatives such as participating in and running workshops, process optimizations, training activities, or writing engaging blog posts.

Junior Performance Marketing Manager

• In Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Design-Team konzipierst du Kampagnen für deine B2B KundInnen und optimierst sie für maximale Performance auf LinkedIn, Google & Facebook.
• Du konzeptionierst, erstellst und testest gemeinsam mit deinen Kund:innen verschiedene B2B Social Ads Strategien, die auch über den Tellerrand hinausragen.
• Du entwickelst die B2B-Sparte und unser Dienstleistungsportfolio weiter.
• Du überwachst den Erfolg der Kampagnen und lernst aus den Ergebnissen.
• Du übernimmst die Verantwortung, das gesamte Projektmanagement und bist der direkte Ansprechpartner deiner KundInnen.
• Du wirkst bei internen und externen Maßnahmen, wie z. B. der Konzeption und Durchführung von Workshops, Prozessoptimierungen, Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen oder das Verfassen von interessanten Artikeln und Blogbeiträgen mit.
