About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

In collaboration with our design team, you will conceptualize campaigns for B2B clients and optimize them for maximum performance across LinkedIn, Google & Facebook.
You will conceptualize, create, and test various B2B social ad strategies together with your clients.
You will further develop the B2B division and our service portfolio.
You will monitor campaign performance and learn from the results.
You will take responsibility for overall project management and serve as the primary point of contact for your clients.
You will contribute to internal and external initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Initial experience in Social Ads with a focus on LinkedIn and Google Ads
Early professional experience across different companies combined with professional client-facing experience
Experience with systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
Analytical instinct for performance measures
Strong command of both German and English
Strong team spirit and motivation.
