Requirements
8+ years enterprise software sales with consistent quota over-achievement at Fortune 500 financial services companies
Proven track record closing $1M+ ACV deals with banks, insurance companies, or asset management firms
Experience selling complex technical solutions to CIO organizations in highly regulated financial services environments
Background in AI/ML platforms, digital transformation, enterprise data platforms, regulatory technology, or management consulting with financial services focus
Deep understanding of financial services regulations (SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, Basel III) and how they impact technology adoption
Entrepreneurial mindset—thrive in ambiguity, own outcomes, and build from scratch in complex regulatory environments
Success navigating financial services procurement processes and enterprise security reviews
Ability to build pipeline from zero in an early-stage environment and win strategic accounts with no established playbook
