About the role

  • Drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles into banks, insurance companies, asset managers, and fintech to transform Financial Services
  • Own the full sales cycle: build pipeline from zero and identify and win strategic financial services accounts
  • Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into compelling business outcomes for CIOs and Chief Transformation Officers
  • Leverage on-premises deployment to address regulatory requirements around data privacy, model governance, and audit trails
  • Architect multi-year account expansion strategies across business lines and build relationships across risk, compliance, IT, and innovation teams
  • Collaborate with VP of Sales and founders to refine financial services strategy and influence product roadmap based on customer needs

Requirements

  • 8+ years enterprise software sales with consistent quota over-achievement at Fortune 500 financial services companies
  • Proven track record closing $1M+ ACV deals with banks, insurance companies, or asset management firms
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions to CIO organizations in highly regulated financial services environments
  • Background in AI/ML platforms, digital transformation, enterprise data platforms, regulatory technology, or management consulting with financial services focus
  • Deep understanding of financial services regulations (SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, Basel III) and how they impact technology adoption
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—thrive in ambiguity, own outcomes, and build from scratch in complex regulatory environments
  • Success navigating financial services procurement processes and enterprise security reviews
  • Ability to build pipeline from zero in an early-stage environment and win strategic accounts with no established playbook
