About the role
- Partner closely with our recruiter and hiring managers to deeply understand GTM role requirements and hiring priorities
- Proactively source passive GTM candidates across LinkedIn, social platforms, communities, referrals, and creative channels
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build strong top-of-funnel pipelines for GTM roles
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with GTM talent for current and future needs
- Track sourcing activity and pipeline data accurately to support hiring decisions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer, ideally focused on GTM roles such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or RevOps
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social platforms
- Strong understanding of GTM functions and how early-stage teams are built
- High proficiency in English, written and spoken
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
