About the role
- Own outbound prospecting across cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate new enterprise opportunities
- Engage French-speaking prospects and tailor outreach to relevant decision-makers
- Research target accounts and personalize messaging based on industry and use case
- Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team
- Continuously test, refine, and improve outreach strategies
- Track activity, pipeline, and results in our CRM
Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven experience as a BDR or SDR in outbound sales, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Native or fluent French is mandatory
- Full professional fluency in English
- Based in Berlin and able to work closely with the local team
- Strong cold calling skills with a clear track record of booking meetings
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven, outbound-heavy environment
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Bonus: experience selling enterprise, AI, data, or technical products
